If students acquire knowledge by knowing the real meaning, purpose and aspect of education, then it is beneficial for them as well as their society.

Definition:

Education refers to the discipline that is concerned with methods of teaching and learning in schools or school-like environments, as opposed to various formal and informal means of socialization.

In this quotation, he said that learning does not mean to learn facts. If it means to learn facts then, in this modern era, every information and facts are available on the internet, so there is no need to remember it. Suppose a person wants to earn money for this purpose, he reads thousands of books on how to earn money? The person will not earn money until he will not now how to implement the knowledge. To implement the knowledge he should has to think. In other words, he needs creativity to implement the education or knowledge.

2) Application of knowledge

Theoretical knowledge is the knowledge, which we get from books, newspapers, journals, articles and blogs. We just read them and we do not try to implement the knowledge which we have gained.

This is a beautiful quotation of Elbert Einstein. He giving us a life lesson that God has given everyone to a particular ability, everyone should know his ability. In this quotes he used the example of fish. A fish does not climb to a tree if a person judge the fish due to its unable to climb the tree then the person is stupid. If the fish think about itself that I am useless then it is stupid. Because God gives the ability to swim for the fish, not to climb the tree.
