Education refers to the discipline concerned with teaching and learning methods in schools or school-like environments, as opposed to various formal and informal means of socialization.

If it means learning facts, then, in this modern era, every piece of information and fact is available on the internet, so there is no need to remember it. To implement the knowledge he should have to think. In other words, he needs creativity to implement the education or knowledge.
